Major changes to NeuroTools:
- simplifying the structure of the package
- using the SpikeList object for analysis
- examples for the single_neuron and the simple retina applied with nest1 (to be validated with other simulators)

the previous working copy is available as a branch (branches/working_copy) on the SVN
